In 2005, Martin Kerr – a 25-year veteran of the development and construction industry – assembled a team of experienced builders to form Flat Creek Construction, Inc. Today, the team has more than 50 years in construction and project management. Flat Creek is experienced and skilled in a multitude of settings – from light commercial projects to residential multi-family to custom homes – in cities and towns, suburban neighborhoods, and retirement communities.

Ours is a structured, disciplined approach to building, from start to finish. We bring depth of knowledge and experience to the planning process - from suggestions for materials and finishes to working with city/county governments in zoning and architectural review. Flat Creek’s builders are on site every day, inspecting work, insisting on quality. Flat Creek communicates regularly with owners/developers, monitoring progress, changes, costs, deadlines.
