Ours is a structured, disciplined approach to building, from start to finish. Clients count on our expertise and counsel every step of the way – from initial cost analysis and drawings to final inspections. We bring our depth of knowledge and experience to the planning process - from suggestions for materials to working with city/county governments in zoning and architectural review. Flat Creek’s builders are on the job site every day, inspecting work, insisting on quality. Flat Creek communicates regularly with owners/developers, monitoring changes, costs, deadlines.

Experience
In addition to Martin Kerr, Flat Creek’s principal builders - Tom Wheaton and Eric Pryor - have a combined 30 years of experience in residential building and construction. Judy Edwards brings an additional 30 years of estimating, product development and product management experience to every Flat Creek project. Together, our team has extensive experience in a multitude of settings - from mid-size commercial projects to residential multi-family to custom homes – in cities and towns, suburban neighborhoods, and retirement communities.
